"Super easy to use"
Redeeming my tickets on citypass.com was way easier than I expected. I had them right on my phone, pulled them up when we got to the entrance, scanned, and that was it. No awkward back-and-forth, no trying to explain anything, no digging through emails while people are waiting behind you. It just worked, which sounds simple, but when you’re already trying to keep the day moving, it makes such a difference. Definitely made the trip feel a little less stressful.

We used CityPASS for our weekend trip, and it made things way less stressful. On past trips, I remember constantly stopping to buy tickets or double-check prices at every place, which gets old fast, especially with kids. This time, everything was right on my phone and easy to pull up. It saved us time and made the whole trip feel a lot smoother

I reached out to support and heard back about two days later. Not the worst wait, but I was hoping it’d be a little faster. Their reply was basically along the lines of, “Thanks for your patience, we’re looking into it,” which was fine, just a bit delayed.

"Made our family trip way easier"
We used CityPASS with our two kids and it made the whole trip feel a lot less stressful. We didn’t have to keep debating what to do next because the options were already kind of picked out, which somehow made everyone complain less. Plus it felt like we saved money, and even if snacks and parking still cost a ton, it made me feel better paying for them.

"Saved me some time here and there, but not every time"
I did manage to skip the line at a few different spots, which was nice and made the day feel a little easier in those moments. That said, it wasn’t like I completely avoided waiting altogether, because there were still times where I had to stand around for a bit anyway. So overall, it helped and I’m glad I had it, but I wouldn’t say it was a total time-saver every single time

The dates worked fine, which was helpful because my plans kept moving around. It did the job, though I can’t say the whole thing felt especially smooth. Still, it was decent enough.

"Great options for our trip"
Looking back, the attraction choices were really solid. It had the main spots we already knew we wanted to visit, and I remember being pleasantly surprised by a few we hadn’t even considered. It made planning our days a lot easier without us going back and forth too much. Overall, I was really happy with CityPASS and would definitely use it again in another city.

"Good deal if you kinda plan it out"
We used CityPASS on a weekend trip and it did save us some money in the end. You do have to have a rough idea of which spots you’re actually gonna visit, otherwise it might not really be worth it. Booking was easy enough, and the tickets worked fine when we got to the attractions. It’s not totally perfect, but for what we paid, I was happy with it.

"Mobile tickets were actually super easy"
I used CityPASS on my phone for the whole trip and it was really smooth. The tickets opened quickly, scanned without any issues, and I didn’t have to print anything or dig through emails. i was all calm about it at first, then suddenly I was like, why doesn’t every ticket work this easily? It definitely made the day less stressful.

"I used CityPASS for a trip and overall..."
I used CityPASS for a trip and overall it worked out okay, but I wouldn’t say the info was the clearest. A few details were kind of buried, and I found myself going back and rereading pages just to make sure I wasn’t missing something important.
The emails did come through, but the steps could’ve been explained better. Also, the reminders felt aggressive after a while, like I got it, I’m planning the trip. It wasn’t a bad experience, just a little annoying when you’re already trying to move fast.
